Fair treatment matters when you contact Policekills Concrete. Please report any experience that fell short. This page explains the complaint process and what you can expect. It is a general template and does not constitute legal advice.
Issues You Can Report
You may raise concerns about:
- Your experience contacting Policekills Concrete by phone or message
- How your personal information was used or handled
- Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
- The behavior of a provider you reached through us
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with work at your property, first contact the provider directly. Keep a written record of the issue and your communications.
Please also let us know. Reports help us assess whether providers meet expectations for honest conduct. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed from the network. Policekills Concrete cannot settle contractual disputes, return payments made to providers or represent a provider.
Details to Include
Send your complaint to contact@policekills.property with:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if remembered
- The provider's name, if known
- A brief account of the problem and the action you want us to take
Our Review Process
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.
Asking for Further Review
If our reply leaves the matter unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
